Every few months, it comes back around: my West Coast craving. It's a special nagging-tugging-kinda-feeling that pulls at my heart until I give in and pay Miss California a visit...she's honestly quite high maintenance. :) The coast has become my special getaway for unplugging and unwinding. So for those wondering, no...I'm not "always there," and no, I don't live there, and no...I don't have a second home there...but how fabulous would that be?? Leave me to dream (and plan my next trip).

My MO with glasses has been to make investments, because I take really good care of them and wear them for a long time. Back in 2009, I purchased a pair of black thick-rimmed Chanels.
